- ARTIST OF THE COLECTIVO BAR

Carola Diaz cried for the first time in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1968. After finalizing her education in the Liceo she got involved with various animal rights groups, an experience which has influenced her life and her art. Her “slaughtered lives”, in which she photographed the interaction between man and animal, achieved a certain notoriety, which did not mitigate her pain nor silenced her weeping. In 2004 she got to know the group Colectivo Bar and is integrated into their projects.
